About Michelle

I am mom to Ava and my two sweet pups Leo and Sophie. Originally a NYC native, I decided to move to Georgia in 2007 for a career opportunity after graduating from Pace University with a degree in Business Management. I fell in love with Atlanta, and now I work to help my clients find their forever home here.

 

As a true Real Estate fanatic, you can find me at community development meetings or town zoning meetings. I support and attend small business events. I pick up local papers, join neighbor groups, and spend my time reading up on the continued growth all around Georgia. 

 

My Experience

I have over 10 years of commercial and residential property management experience. During my time in corporate America I learned and trained others in the art of locating housing, negotiating leases, assisting in corporate relocation, and disaster relief housing. I was a key player in marketing, contract negotiations, and client relations for some of the top insurance agencies in the country. I use my skills and experience currently marketing for my listings, the negotiations of purchase and sale contracts, building relationships with industry professionals, and watching housing market trends. 

 

My Perfect Day

Lunch at Krog City Market or a local patio, a walk on the beltline, or a hike up in the mountains, and then dinner at one of Atlanta's amazing restaurants! I love to try new places and experience all that Georgia has to offer.
